At Molby The Label, we want you to love your handmade pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all garment tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully fold your garment and place it in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us safely and remains in resaleable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
